i tried some of the cheats looking videos, it worked then later on it comes ur game is out of sync then i have refresh it ….After that what i have made is all gone…
FarmVille will ALWAYS say that your game is out of sync once you start hacking. Just play it normal, you’ll end up with a lot of coins.

there’s no cheats for farmville, because if you try to save after cheating it will go out of sync

and to add people you can click the neighbor, and search your friends who play farmville and add them 
I’m being playing it for a week I am only at level 9
If you’re new to Farmville then the best way to level up is by planting Raspberries. The returns are great but you’ll need to harvest every 4 hours to gain XP.
You can also add more Farmville neighbors. Each time you work on their farm, you gain 5 XP and 20 coins.
Once you gain enough coins & neighbors, expand your farm. A bigger farm means you can grow more profitable crops.
